Ayadov,

If you do not have a provisioning server you can import .cfg files from the Web UI.  Under Utilities/Import & Export Configuration.  I have attached examples of the config files I use with the password changed.

I would suggest setting up a provisioning server if you have more then 5-10 phones though.

I got lost with this information:

Central Provisioning Server template > parameter Enable or disable all on-board packet capture features. hidden.cfg > diags.pcap.enabled Enable or disable the remote packet capture server. hidden.cfg > diags.pcap.remote.enabled Enter the remote packet capture password. hidden.cfg > diags.pcap.remote.password Specify the TLS profile to use for each application. hidden.cfg > diags.pcap.remote.port

where hidden file located? do we need to make one?

Thank you

Hello Ayadov,

I am not avoiding anything.

My original reply contained the FAQ post covering the capture option on the phone which also contains the relevant configuration, which after unzipping the file, can simply be imported into the phone.

My second reply contained the information on how to create your own configuration file and load this via a provisioning server.

The parameters in question are not part of the template files contained within the \Config subfolders within a downloaded firmware.

If the above FAQ post's and the community search are not sufficient for your self to add this configuration you always have the option to raise a Polycom support ticket via your Polycom reseller.

If your phone is out of warranty you can go for the PayPerIncident support option.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
