Remove line 2 from Sound Point IP 331 phone

I have a few phones that someone has the same contact defined on line 2.  We use Jive for our phone system.  I have looked everywhere in the Jive system and can't find where it's defined there.  So I was thinking maybe it's a phone setting.  Any help would be appreciated.  Image attached.

Both the communities Must Read First and the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.

 

I suggest you remove the Speed Dial as this is what you can see on line 2
