I see SP0 through SP9 in System Extensions Status now. I must have been looking in Extension Status.

 

I have used your xml in the template and reprovisioned the phones. I have a line key called Call Park on each phone assigned to SP1.  I have it so that I press that key and the call goes on hold at the other end. So I call my cell phone from a polycom. The cell answers. I hear audio. I then press the Call Park button and the call goes on hold and I hear music on my cell. I go to another phone and see the Call Park button has an indicator on it. I press it and the call goes off of hold on the cell but I do not have a connection since I hear no audio in either direction. So something must have been configured wrong. I guess I have to somehow get help from 3CX now.
