I somehow lost the hookswitch tab from one of my SoundPoint 335s during transport. Must've fallen out. How do I order a replacement plastic tab? So far in my searching, I have not found a way to order replacement parts such as this.

I just realized that although I had thanked Polycom via e-mail, I had failed to come back here and post an update to this. Polycom DEFINITELY went way above-and-beyond in getting me this simple part. I don't know whether they have since made these order-able, but back when I posted this, they FedEx'd me a replacement a no charge. I was shocked. My whole intent in posting this question was simply to find out how to order, and I was perfectly willing to pay for the part. Amazing service. Thanks again to Polycom.
