Been working on setting some IP550's up and am noticing something rather unusual in the log files :

There was also some as I recall saying 'requested type 0 but is of type 2'.  I've looked at the code (modified from the latest sample file included with the update) and I must be missing something.  Here is the xml block dealing with softkey's :

The phone is running on  bootrom 4.4.0 and UCS 4.0.4.  Any tips/pointers?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

 

I would have to look at your whole configuration and the complete set of log files.

 

This is outside the scope for myself within the community and a service ticket would need to be raised either via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.

 

You may be using old pre -UCS 3.3.0 Parameters or have copied and pasted some formatting errors.
