I received this phone from work. I tried resetting the configurations and now my phone is all bugged out. I cant even call out and I lost use of my 2nd line.

My Boot Server: Option 66

BootSrv Opt: 150

BootSrv T...: IP Address

Server Type: FTP

Server Addr: 0.0.0.0

This is what its set to at the moment. These where the only 2 sections I messed with besides resetting. I believe I need to download new software or firmware and from a provisionary server but Im not too certain. Someone help please.

Thanks,
Gary

As the headline for the topic is factory resetting and then a question in regards of firmware I will provide multiple answers.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains these post's here:

Resolution: Please check => here <=

and

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I check out the Registration Status of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

and

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

and

Oct 10, 2011 Question: How can I reset / Factory default my Phones configuration?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above should explain all and you will need the SIP registration details from your SIP provider.
