Hello,

Is there a way to restrict dialing using the digitmap? What I'm trying to do is restrict a phone to only being allowed to dial 911, and 1 internal EXT. So say the EXT I want to allow is x1415. Using something like this:

1415|911

When I try I can still dial any other internal ext, 1417 for example. Pre-dialing will bypass this plan altogether but I'm not concenred with that at the moment. When someone goes off hook how can I restict them to 911 and a single EXT?

Hello @PolyBruh ,

welcome to the Poly Community.

It should not really be the job of a phone to restrict where or what it can dial as this would be hard to maintain over a larger group of phones.

I would suggest you look into the yet unknown SIP server to see what you can do on that end.

Alternatively, you could simply format the originally dialled number into a number which does not exist.
