I have 12 VVX 400's running off a voip system with a company called Fusion. I am trying to upload a recording/music/audio file that will be revolving as it's a 3 minute recording describing our services.

Although they are saying each time i put someone on hold it will begin from the beginning. That can be annoying for a frequent customer always hearing the same beginning over and over again each time they are on hold. Before VOIP my recording was revolving so sometimes a customer may hit the 30 second mark in my recording or the 2 minute mark.

Ideas?

Hello SFRANCO,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

No setting or anything on a Polycom phone can archive what you are after. It is something your SIP server would have to do.

Best Regards
