I'm trying to lock the ringer volume so the end user cannot make changes to it. No manual adjusment to ringer volume whatsoever.

 

I went searching and found nothing in the FAQ and this rather brief thread from a couple of months ago. 

 

The phones we're using are 650s with 3.3.3 and 4.0.3f. 

 

I also noticed that there's a guide to put in a louder WAV file for a ringer but that's not the solution I'm looking for.
