I have provisioned a Polycom phone successfully using much of the documentation on these forums, but my last hurdle is configuring Shared Call Appearance on these Polycoms.

I have included the registration file (Someone else could use it to configure their own SLA in the future)

The phone does work with SCA by accepting the call and calling out, but the BLF does not remain lit if the line is in use.

I have two Yealink phones with SLA and can see that both of them light the BLF when the line is engaged, so I can confirm that the PBX is sending out the NOTIFY message.

I feel like it is a setting that I have not turned on!

Any help would be great.

In addition your URL is empty:

and we do not know if your server even supports this type of Attendant or only the one described  => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
