I have strange issue that i can seem to figure out. I have 4 sip550 that keep freezing when the users put a caller on hold. 2 of the phones are on a seperate network. There about 20 phones between the two networks and these are the only phones that seem to be having the issue.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
