SOUND STATION IP 7000 NOT REGISTER IN CALL MANAGER CISCO V11.5

HELLO;
I had an inconvenience when registering SIP with an IP7000 sound station in a V11.5 call manager.
I guide the guide that is in this link

the version of the callmanager is 11.5 and the version used for the phone is 4.0.4.

In addition the latest version for the SSIP7000 is at present UC Software 4.0.12
