Is there a way to add the Lock button to the home screen instead of having to enter Menu, Settings etc.

I googled and found a couple of suggestions, but none that worked ...

Hello flips,

The aboveVoIP FAQ post contains details in how to add a PhoneLock softkey based on the $F functions that are available to be utilize.

A working scenario would look like this:

<web phoneLock.enabled = "1" softkey.1.enable="1" softkey.1.label="Lock" softkey.1.action="$FLockPhone$" softkey.1.use.idle="1" feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" />

The FAQ post also has a EFK troubleshooting section.

I did see that article, but wasn't able to figure out how to get "LockPhone" working.

I'm able to create a soft button, but it doesn't DO anything, it seems ...

Anyone?

Excellent, yes, this worked!
Also, if I edit the keys in the web interface, the Macro code should just say:
$FLockPhone$
Thanks! 🙂
