SS IP 7000 5 digit call to Avaya Meet Me cannot enter password

I have two IP 7000s registered to Session Manager.  If they 5 digit dial an Avaya 6 Way Meet Me,

they cannot enter the 6 digit password.  If they 8 digit (9 + 7digits) dial the conference, they can

enter the 6 digit password.  Is this a digit map problem or something else?

Hi Steffen,

 

I have tried changing the digitmap without success.  Since one is able to enter the password if they

dial 9 and enter the 7 digit DID, I am not certain that the digitmap would explain why dialing 5 digits

to connect prevents one from entering the password then.

Hello Mike,

the above suggested FAQ post also contains a section explaining how to use the Phone's log functionality to troubleshoot what digimap is being used.
