All:
Does anyone know how to configure the polycom phone (I have model 330) to NOT SUBSCRIBE to the 'as-feature-event' event? I am using the centralized FTP server method for configuring the phones. Just can't seem to find the xml field that controls this functionality.
Thanks!

Hello Greg,
Server controlled DND / Call Forward or for example, SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY services used for features such as shared lines, presence, and BLF.
Difficult to guess without having a case and looking at a wireshark trace.

Hello Greg,
usually the Phone would only subscribe to an event if a feature that requires this has been activated.
I am quite sure that we do not have any configuration to turn of the subscribe message itself.
I can only suggest to check your configuration to find the relevant parameter that utilizes a synchronization with a SIP server.
Best Regards
