I've downloaded the SDK and have a phone whose firmware supports the new XML Api notifications for things like ringing, off hook, etc.

 

My main problem derives from the fact that tools in the SDK do not work.  If I, as the setup guide indicates, start Tomcat, then run the XML API client web application I should be able to connect to my phone by IP address.  This simply does not work.

 

At any rate, if anyone has a sample provisioning file that has these tags (the apps.telNotifications ones for pickup, ringing, offhook, etc) and attributes filled in correctly I would really appreciate it.
