Whenever I am on a call I receive a beep like there is an incoming call when there is no incoming call. This happens to all extensions whenever anyone is on a call. There also is a yellow circle with the number 1 in the top left of the phone's display. This started showing up the same time the incoming call beep started.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hello Tylerw44,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also explain what type of Polycom you have and maybe attach a picture of the symbol.


This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
