Set a Polycom line on "DND" using Rest API

Hello,

Software Version : 5.9.0.9373

Device : Polycom VVX 201

no platform for Skype or Broadsoft

 

Is there any possibility to set a particular line on DoNotDisturb using Rest API? Please help.

The REST API can't do this as far as I know.

 

But at least the VVX 601 I work with can do it from the browser with a URI action. There is the Key action and that supports sending a "DoNotDisturb" keypress. Even if your phone doesn't have a physical DND key the function is emulated correctly.

 

To start the URI action from a server you can send a push request to the phone. You have to enable that first in the config though.
