Hi,
Is it possible to set a specific Bootrom (for older models which still use a seperate bootrom file) within the 000000000000.cfg master configuration file?
I know this is currently possible for a application version like:
<APPLICATION_SPIP300 APP_FILE_PATH_SPIP300="sip_213.ld"/>
But I can't find a option for the bootrom version, is this feature available?
Best regards,
Ivo
Hello @Ovi82,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The BootROM needs to be in the root directory. The phone will automatically look for its own part number to load individual files.

Thank you, so as far as I understand you just recommend to leave out bootrom.ld and work with the model specific ones?

Hello @Ovi82,
Yes the same concept as Split / Combined applies aka looks for own part number first and if not there for just the bootROM name
