I have just purchased the SoundPoint IP 550. I also just purchased the VOIP service from PhonePower. I was given SIP credentials and found where I set the SIP proxy (via the browser to the phone under Server 1). I don't know where I put the other information I was given (SIP User ID, SIP Password). The phone doesn't work. I get a dial tone but when I dial the number I get a fast busy. I'm sure I'm not done setting it up
