Setting up Intercom for Internal Calls only

Hello, I would like to setup internal calls to automatically go to intercom utilizing Polycom VVX 500 and 600 in a Skype for Business enviornment while phones having external calls coming in ring to the user.  I see the option to  turn on intercom for all calls but want to limit this to just internal calls.  What are the best methods for doing this?  I do not want to use PTT or Group Paging as I want one user to be able to call another and have it go to intercom when done internally and allow a conversation to take place.  What would be the best practices for this enviornment?

Hello Jeff Kelly,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The LYNC server does not natively support SIP INFO headers so you would need to work with Microsoft on this via a Feature request.


Traditional SIP Servers have such functionality.
