Setup shortcuts on the main screen

Is it possible to change the order of the buttons on the main screen or make new shortcuts?

For instance moving the park call button to be the first one, before new call. Add picture frame or make picture frame mode start automatically. Also is there is a large blank space aboce the buttons at the bottom of the screen and my name at the top/middle. Is there a way to use this space on the home screen.

Re: Setup shortcuts on the main screen

Hello tawolfe,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I assume you are using a VVX phone as you have not provided that detail in your post.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above post explains how to customize Soft Keys.

The community search itself also has many post's about this which can be found by utilizing the search facility.

There are other FAQ posts that may be of interest to you and the UCS admin guide should be consulted as well.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
