For our front desk, we have broadsoft software to connect various clients' numbers to our own.

We have a Polycom VVX300 next to it and would like to have it show the clients name when they call.

In the broadsoft software we have a common phone list with the names and numbers.

Is there any way to import/connect it with the phone, so it shows the correct name?

Hello CantrijnBeheer,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The phone can identify incoming calls against it's own local phone book and display a name instead of just the number.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 6, 2012 Question: How can I create a local directory or what is the 000000000000-directory.xml used for?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains this in detail and you would need to work with your Phone Service Provider so they either import the numbers for you or assist you in creating the file in question.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
