Hi,
Is it possible to program a soft key to trigger a URL to open a web link on Polycom phones VVX1500 and IP331 ?
According to admin manual it's possible to program Action macro to use URL but there are no samples provided.
I tried to the following but it didn't work.
efk.efklist.1.action.string="https://someuser.com/"
Thank you.

Hello licedey,
did you follow => this <= up as advised?
In regards of Microbrowser and SPIP331 the UC Software Admin Guide 4.0.1 clearly mentions on page 144:
- The SoundPoint IP 450, 550, 560, 650, and 670 phones, SoundStation IP 5000, 6000, and 7000 phones, support an XHTML microbrowser. The VVX 1500 phones and SpectraLink handsets support a full Web browser.
In regards of the VVX1500 I am unsure what Software Version you are running it at but you could try this:
<WEB feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" softkey.1.action="http://google.co.uk" softkey.1.enable="1" softkey.1.label="Google" softkey.1.use.idle="1" softkey.1.precede="1" />
