Hey All,
I'm trying to get a softkey working, and I can't seem to get it to send the call. Basically it does a transfer to *70. Does anyone know the EFK $F command to basically tell the phone to Send the call? Right now it goes to the transfer screen, dials *70, and just sits there. In the past I have used softbutton commands (whereever the 'Send' button appeared), but the VVX has no softbuttons because of its touch-screen. Running firmware UC 5.0.1. Thanks!

Hello ,
The admin guide shows all the available EFK options.
Part of this on Page 184 shows:
$T<type>$
The type's can be:
- invite
- dtmf
- refer
Note: Polycom recommends that you always define this field. If it is not defined, the supplied digits will be dialed using INVITE (if no active call) or DTMF (if an active call). The use of refer method is call server dependent and may require the addition of star codes.
Part of the above is also used and shown in the EFK FAQ.
Feel free to post your working examples so others can learn and understand.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
