    Via API, invoke the device to perform a provisioning poll from it’s configured Provisioning Server

    - {{device}}/api/v1/mgmt/simulateTextInput

    Via API, allows the user to input text into text fields in phone UI.

    - {{device}}/api/v1/mgmt/simulateKeyEvent

    Via API, simulate a tap event on phone UI.

    - {{device}}/api/v1/mgmt/simulateHook

    Via API, toggle the Hook status of the device.

  • Starting with Release 5.9.0AA, Trio is the industry’s first Business Class, Group Collaboration device to natively run the Alexa application on the device ( in the USA only current limitation).

    This is the mode utilized with Surface Hub and Teams Room System Deployments

  • Microsoft Teams (launching on Trio with this release) is not supported

  • Zoom Rooms is currently not supported

  • Poly Cloud is authorized through IAM Role to onboard devices to A4B
  • The device is onboarded to Poly Cloud through PDMS-E
  • The device that is enabled for A4B feature checks for Poly Cloud Connection.
  • Over the Poly Cloud WebSocket, AWS Device Onboarding Codes are provided
  • All Alexa Commands & Communications are driven through the WebSocket directly to A4B
  • Alexa Application is running directly on Trio device
