HP Recommended

Hello all,

we have just released UC Software 6.1.2.1127 rts26.

Voice over Secure IP

Use the following parameter to configure the phone to register on the TLS transport regardless of the priority set in the DNS response.

reg.x.secureTransportRequired

0 (Default) - The phones register based on the transport priority received in the DNS response.
1 - The phones register only on the TLS transport in the DNS response if the transport is configured as DNSNaptr.

If the transport is configured as TLSOnly, then the phone registers to the configured SIP server. The phone doesn’t register if the transport is either TCP or UDP.

Use the parameter below to configure Simple Traversal of UDP though NAT (STUN).
feature.nat.stun.enabled

0 (default) - Disable the STUN feature on the phones.
1 - SIP responses are sent to the source IP address and source port where the request originated.

If rport configuration file is enabled as well, and the rport is in the incoming request, the Via of the response also adds the received rport.
Change causes system to restart or reboot.
