Hello,

I have two polycom VVX 410 with firmware 5.8.0.

I have configured BLF keys (attendant.resourceList.x.type=normal) with spontaneous call appearance and callpickup native method, 1 linekey for a single registration, and only 1 call per linekey.

When a BLF key is in ringing mode, on the phone display appears the remote Caller Id information.

But then I can't use the main line. I press de main line key and I can't call anyone. But I can receive calls on the main line.

If I configure 2 linekeys for a single registration, then I can not use the second line key.

Is this a normal behaviour ?

I have Polycom 650 phones (with firmware 3.3.2) and I can use the main line when BLF key is in ringing mode.
