Hello boris,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If your phone is still able to connect to the Provisioning server please reset the password via the Device Parameters documented in the Admin Guide or here

>>If your phone is still able to connect to the Provisioning server  - actually no, some phones come from another provider. We connect phones  to our DHCP server, so we have information only about mac and ip adress, sometimes we have no password to UI/Phone and  we have to reset it manually, it is really slow and boring... is any way to automate it?

Did you follow up the above ?

If the Phone Picks up the DHCP server it will pick up the server address

Hello Boris,

We use a .htaccess file on our provisioning server which traps the request for the $MAC-device.cfg file the phone requests on boot, and redirects it using mod_rewrite to a python cgi script that dynamically generates a config file containing lines to set the local admin password etc.

This way we just boot (or factory reset) a phone, and the admin password is (re)configured to a known non default value, rather than having to do the unknown password factory reset process manually.

Hopefully this information gives you some ideas of how to automate the process for yourself.

Regards,

Simon
