Hello, I have a Sound Station 7000. I need to turn off the internal mics (not the mute button, that also mutes sound coming from the multi-interface module). Is it possible? We have an older analog polycom and there is a menu option to do this.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I do not believe that this is currently possible. It would require a feature request as described in the FAQ. 

 

For more details your Polycom reseller should be consulted.
