Hi 

 

Recently setup a polycom soundstation 5000 using avaya session manager. 

Current version we have 

Label:SIP

Version:3.2.3.1734

p/n:3150-11530-323

file:sip.id

 

our issue is that upon dialing a number in our office but we are getting a busy signal. We cannot connect to other extensions.

Above enables you to verify that the Device is actually having a valid registration with your SIP Server.
