I have the above stated phone. My issue is that the phone works fine however no matter what type of headset you attatach to it the thing will not allow you to speak through the headset. I have changed the headset, docking station, and cables. I am thinking at this point that the issue is within the phone.

It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
