Sound Station IP 7000 Line Settings

Hello I have a Sound Station IP 7000 I am trying to get it to register with our PBX.

I have programmed a few different Polycom conference phones before without issue. This one for what ever reason will not allow me to change the register settings under Lines-> Server 1. I have factory reset it and cleared the Web config but I cannot change it. It has a 1 in the box. I can change it to the address I need i.e. and then I can click submit at the bottom and as soon as the menu comes back up it says Register:

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
