I tried to upgrade the version 3.3.3 to 4 and in my phone dont have the option provisioning server.

Its always useful to provide us with details like a photo or video so we can point out where you are going wrong.

Hello @Emerson Silva,

The verbiage for the menu's may be slightly different from the examples provided within the community simply because you are running such an ancient software.

 

As you can see in your uploaded pictures below the IP Gateway the Server Menu is offered. This is where you add the credentials to your Provisioning Server.
