I have been trying upgrade my IP 7000 series phones from 3.3.3.0069 to the latest available compatible release  (Which is 4.0.7 according to your documentation). I have downloaded 10 versions in-between the currently installed version and 4.0.7 and have only bene able to update the phones up to 3.3.5.0247. All other compatible versions show up as "Image not compatible with the phone" I have followed all the documentation I can find. As you can see, I was able to complete an update, so my process is fine. It just seems that the images are not compatible. I am not sure what else to try at this point.

Please advise,

Thanks!
