I am trying to configure my Polycom 550 to accept incoming calls from 2 lines.  

When I attempt to configure Line 2 via the web interface and SAVE the configuration, the AUTH PASSWORD does not get saved.

This of course causes an issue when connecting to the phone's PBX server.   

How do I get Line 2 to retain my settings ?

Hello staylor,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
