I have a SP 601 that I am trying to get the EHS to work.  According to the user guide, EHS is supported but I don't see it in the phone's menu (Pg. 12).

The phone is loaded with:

 

BootROM: 4.1.2.0037

App:  3.1.8.0070

 

 

How do I get this setting to work?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SPIP601 to my knowledge does not support EHS and the Admin Guide you referenced is for other newer phones as well.

 

The Headset Guide => here <= lists the current phones that support EHS.
