I have 5 SoundPoint IP 321 devices with Part Number 2345-12360-001 Rev:C.

Three of them have successfully upgraded via the web GUI to:

UC Software Version 4.0.13.1445

BootROM Software Version 5.0.13.0801

My method of upgrading is to log into the device's GUI via the IP addres, go to Utilities, select Software Update, click on Check for Updates, and then chose version 4.0.13.1445.

For some reason, two of the phones will not update via the web gui and appear stuck at:

UC Software Version 4.0.4.2906

BootROM Software Version 4.4.0.0080

The phones share Part Number and Revision, so I'm having a hard time understanding why some will upgrade and some will not.

I have reset the phones to factory defaults multiple times, but the phones will not upgrade.

Hello @mloiterman,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Maybe posting some logs of these units would provide an insight into the issue ?

You can always setup a local provisioning server and try the upgrade locally.
