SoundPoint IP 321 TLS can not complete call

Hi,

My SoundPoint IP 321 is configured to communicate with my IP-PBX by TLS.

The SIP registeration by TLS is fine. But when I make call by the phone, the phone always send the ACK message by UDP instead of TLS. I have already set all the outbound proxy or server configration on the phone to use TLS.

Does anyone know why?

 

Here are the logs on the phone. You can see the invite and the ack are send by the different transports.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

TCP or UDP are transport protocols. TLS is usually implemented on top of any of the Transport Layer protocols.

 

In addition it is always useful to post the currently used software version.
