Hello Guys

 

I have SoundPoint 331 with the following Information

 

UC Software Version 4.1.1.0260 BootROM Software Version 5.1.0.85063

 

I was configured Lync 2013 (only internal use) and I provisioned the Phone. Now when I check the logs this show the following messages

The Server of Lync is for internal use only and I have my dns only registered the following

 

A Zone: meet.lab.local

A Zone: dialing.lab.local

A Zone: lync.lab.local

A Zon: admin.lab.local

SRV: _sip.lab.local ; _tcp ; Port 5061 ; lync.lab.local

 

I have no more knowledge if you need to add some extra record in my dns or if this warning is normal.

 

As I can resolve this Warning.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The errors can be mostly ignored as the SPIP331 does not support Option 43 aka Pin & Extension.

 

The LYNC DNS requirements are pretty simple and explained => here <=.

 

For further LYNC support please reach out to our partner Microsoft or engage Polycom professional services.
