Dear Sir,
Our IP 331 phone cannot playing service provider announcements. Instead phone playing local dialing tone. How to solve this.
Phone Model SoundPoint IP 331
UC Software Version 4.1.1.0260
BootROM Software Version 5.1.0.85063

Dear Mr. Steffen Baier,
Thanks. I solved my earlier issue that you mentioned. But i forgot how i solved that issue because it was 3 years ago.
For this issue i will try different software and will update post.
