We had this phone provisioned with a provider, and we were able to login and perform administrative functions on the phone. When we switched providers, the new provider has apparently changed the admin password and we are now not able to login to the device as an admin to perform admin functions.

We are looking for suggestions on how to unlock this phone/clear the configuration short of having to argue with our provider for countless hours, just to get our hardware back.

We do not disclose in public how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.
Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.
The procedure that you have been provided with(I have removed the reference!) works if applied to the phone when the countdown is shown.
Please liaise with your provider for further details.
We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.
