I cannot find anything in the user manual about how to turn off the audible voice message alert. We have people who work remotely and are not in the office for 2 or 3 days at a time and listening to their phone give off the alert is very annoying. Anyone have a solution?
Thanks - it took me awhile to find a thread as it was from 2012. For anyone else looking, it is titled "turning off message waiting tone on 335" as was posted 2-9-12
I forwarded it to our phone tech people - they said it "pointed them in the right direction" so hopefully it works as this level of programming is definitely above most end users.
