welcome to the Polycom Community.
None of our SoundPoint IP or VVX phones are officially supported by a Ciscu CUCM.
We did support our SoundStation IP's on an earlier CUCM version and instructions for this can be found in the FAQ.
As the phones run the same software the instructions should be valid.
