Running into a Line Ordering issue with SoundPoint IP 650 running 4.0.11.0583

I have 1 line and 17 Speed dials (mapped to EFK).

Speed Dials are labeled:

1 , 2, 3, --> 10, SEC1 , SEC2 , SEC3,SEC4 , Lvl1 , Lvl2 ,Lvl3

I did read through this  FAQ

I am trying to show them in this order (Starting from Line Key 2):

1 , 2, 3, --> 10, SEC1 , SEC2 , SEC3,SEC4, , L1 , L2 ,L3

They always show up in this order:

1, 10, Sec1,Sec2,Sec3,Sec4,L1,L2,L3,L4,2 ,3 --> 9

Snippets of my config:

Hello @TheMomentousNormal ,

Your post ended up in the Spam Filter so I moved this here.

You are not using a currently supported version like UC Software 4.0.15 so I suggest you update initially.

I upgraded the test phone to

UC Software Version4.0.15.1009
BootROM Software Version5.0.15.0741

Line Keys are out of order now too.

Hello @TheMomentousNormal ,

The next step would be a pretty basic configuration. Try and see if you can only add some keys and move them and then proceed with a more complex configuration.

The SoundPoint IP 650 is the end of sale since Sep 30, 2016 and end of support since Dec 31, 2019.

Any escalation into our support team would be Pay Per Incident as explained here

I was able to solve this issue by changing the Local-Directory sd values to double digits.
