SoundPoint IP 650: Selecting line when dialing from local contact directory

Is there any way to select line 2 when dialing an entry from the local directory?

I tried prefixing the destination number with $FLine2$, but that did not work. Changing my address book entries would be my preferred approach to address this (as I can deduce the line from the metadata I am generating the address book from).

Hello Specialist,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There is no way of doing this directly just via a speed dial, as far as I am aware, but the community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above example 3 should show something similar.
