I need to deploy about 300 SoundPoint IP331's for Lync Server. I have followed the following documentation to provision a handful of endpoints:
How to Provision a Polycom Phone
http://support.polycom.com/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/products/voice/How_to_Provisio...
Provisioning Polycom Phones with Microsoft Lync Server 2010
http://supportdocs.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/pro...
I'm providing the Lync credentials within the lyncPerPhoneExample.cfg file and in the 0's master file, I'm pointing towards a [MACADDRESS]-lyncPerPhoneExample.cfg within the FTP provisioning site.
This is working fine for a handful of phones at a time, but is there an easier way to create and populate these cfg files? Manually modifying 300 cfg files is not very efficient.
