After a few minutes on the call, the phone line would go silent and ““Error Line: Unregistered” message would pop up on the polycom or polycom kept going silent during the call. It did this three times during the call and when it went silent I had to hang up and call back in. After hanging up, an error message popped up on the polycom reading “Error Line: Unregistered”.. This problem is happening on multiple VoIP devices on network. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Since UC Software 5.9.0 simply provide this via the Web Interface Diagnostics > Download Support Information Package
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Poly to have an overview of the current software used. In addition, providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
