Hello,
My company has bought a SoundStation 7000 and it takes the device around 40 minutes to come up.
Here is the software on the phone:
SIP Software Version 3.3.3.0069
BootROM Software Version 4.3.1.0887
Let me know if there is anything I can do to resolve this issue.

Hello Jeff,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I would suggest to update the phone to a newer version like UCS 4.0.7

Thanks for your response, can I upgrade to any version of UCS for this phone and it work fine with CUCM? This phone is currently integrated as a 3rd Party advanced SIP device and I want to make sure that integration would still work with the later firmwares.
