We have recently purchased our first Soundstation 7000, and have it connected to our Shoretel VOIP system.

My Issue:

The phone dials externally fine when first dialing the number (preceeded by a "9" for external calls), then pressing the "Green Phone" button.

However...

When pressing the "Green Phone" button first to get a dialtone, then dialing the external number we get busy signals.

This is an issue especially on conference calls as it goes to dialtone first, then it doesn't work.  The only way it works is when dialing the number first in full, then pressing the green button.  Any help is appreciated.

Is this something to do with the Shoretel Setup or the device its self?

For reference and if it matters:

On the Phone:

DigitMap is: [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT

DigitMap Timeout: 3|3|3|3|3|3

In Shoretel (The SIP Profile Setup):

Custom Parameters:  MWI-notify

                                   FakeDellineAsRedirect=1

Thank you so much... I believe I got it working with this digit map based on your instructions:

[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|91[2-9]xxxxxxxxxx|9[2-9]xxxxxxxxxx|[1-8]xx

We have to dial 9 for an outside number so that's the part I was missing.

Thanks for your help
